What to expect in a session
EFT is a non-invasive technique that anyone can learn to gain control over their emotional states. It involves tapping on the energy meridians in the body (located on the face, upper body and hands) to release emotional blockages.
During the EFT coaching session, we will discuss the issue that you're struggling with, discover the the root cause, and release the emotional charge so that you can feel light and free.
The most amazing part of EFT for me, is how quickly you can notice the shift. A great majority of the time, my clients see a shift in their emotions within minutes.
EFT is not a temporary fix. It is a permanent shift in your energy system, and is backed by science. Depending on the issue being tapped on, there could be additional related issues come up. We would address any and all additional emotional blockages until you feel the issue is resolved.

Booking Your Session
Each session is 60-90 minutes in length, and is conducted via video chat to ensure the best possible results. I usually use Facebook Messenger as most people have access to it. However, this can be discussed prior to the call.
